We had a very busy week last week leadng up to the school holidays. Zahara had her 1st Sports carnival at St. Patrick’s, a tad more then we got at Lawrence Public where she raced against 1 other girl in her age group, choosing if she wanted a blue or red ribbon!
She had a great day, the sun shone and all was happy. Each child gets a ribbon or sticker as recognition for their race, who couldn’t love it!
The next was the Easter Hat parade, so Dadda and I worked with the 2 bigger tigers on their hats and we were all happy with the outcome, I loved the whole family crafting together.
We are all happy to be on holidays now, especially now that Dadda will be home for 5 days with us all. Zahara has requested a visit to a local tourist attraction “Bundy Barrell”, where Bundaberg Ginger Beer and such are made, and I would also STRONGLY suggest we are in for a beach day over the break. I am hoping to book in some solid sewing time……
I have been trying out some new designs and have this one for little men, simple, different and cute.
OH! Big Time HAPPY news, our house we are in the process of purchasing is now unconditional!! We have a moving date of the 9th of May YUCK!! Hate moving, should be an expert by now.
